This is a 3 -5 hour course for the mother (parent,caregiver) to be. This course covers choking emergencies, head injuries for children and how to manage them, calling 911, CPR , and basic bandaging. This course focuses on preparing the caregiver with all the essential tools and confidence they need to parent safely. This is not a certificate course.

The Emergency First Aid Course is a one day course with a minimum of 6.5 hours. Skills include: victim assessment, CPR, choking and what to do for external bleeding, heart attack, stroke wounds and burns. Includes CPR-B certification. Recognized by Ontario's Workplace Safety & Insurance Board. The first aid program is not restricted to aquatic candidates.
This course is for individuals who are working or plan to work in the Health Care field and require the Health Care Provider level of CPR. The course includes all CPR skills plus advanced skills such as artificial respiration and the use of bag valve masks and AEDs.
